We work with merchants across Ireland, providing innovative and stylish heating solutions to homes and businesses. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Customer Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with customer account management, including invoicing and payment processing.

• Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and account activities.

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, payments, and orders in a professional and timely manner.

• Liaising with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.

• Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management.

• Assisting with monthly account reconciliation and reporting.

• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or accounts assistant role is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, etc.) is an advantage but not essential.

• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
